TED ConferenceVancouver

Complete staining of all wooden staging, including the main stage, seats, tables, and chairs. The TED Conference was held at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Oakridge TownhomesLangley

Pressure washed the entire building from the roofline to the ground. A total of 33 units needed painting on stucco sidings, concrete foundations, wood trim, chimney trim, balcony door frames, barge boards, fascia boards, balcony posts, privacy fences, and all utility/service doors and frames. Wood replacement and concrete repair was also completed to enhance the structure of balconies.

Exterior pressure washing of the entire building, including all roof surfaces and cement ground. Fresh paint was applied on all Hardie board siding, all wood trim, and metal railings. A specialty coating (Nyalic) was used to treat all metal windows and doors.

Willow TownhomesVancouver

Pressure washed all units within the complex and repainted all wood trim, Hardie board siding, Tudor-style stucco walls, entry doors, garage doors, all utility/service doors, door frames, and all privacy fences.

Sunstone Community ClubhouseDelta

All trim and fascia boards were repainted, and a solid stain was applied to all shingle sidings. To protect against rust and corrosion caused by moisture, a Nyalic treatment was applied to all metal railings.
