The hourly rate is $20-$25 depending on the experience level. This position requires you to have your own vehicle.

Your responsibilities include:

• Painting - using high quality techniques to apply professional grade paint on exterior and interior surfaces of commercial and stratified buildings
• Preparation - cleaning and preparing the surfaces of substrates for paint application
• Setup and cleanup of staging materials pre and post project completion

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the President. The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually depending on the experience level. This position requires you to be on job sites as well as work from home.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivator and results-driven team player that will help us grow our company. In this position, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients and be expected to liaise between crew members and management.

Your responsibilities include:

Project Management and Client Management

• Working closely with the President to oversee the day-to-day operations and projects
• Manage project expectations and deliverables, including meeting budgets and timelines
• Handle day-to-day communication with clients, including writing and sending quotations, answering questions and inquiries, and closing deals
• Responding to client complaints and finding appropriate solutions to resolve issues that arise
• Prepare and submit progress update reports
• Other related tasks as assigned

Sales and Business Development

• Researching and finding potential clients suitable for the business
• Sales development, including building a pipeline of potential clients that Husky can provide services for and developing new initiatives to help grow the business
• Sales pitching, including presenting the company’s offerings and services and meeting with prospective clients
• Successfully building trust and establishing positive relationships with existing and new clients

Skills & Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, account management, project management or similar
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to sell and present the company’s services to small to medium-sized audiences
• Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to think critically and solve problems with appropriate solutions and techniques
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Experience or knowledge about the paint and restoration industry is preferred
• High school diploma required. Post-secondary education diploma or degree is preferred
• Experience in B2B sales and business development is preferred
• Driver’s license (Class 5 or higher) is required
